A Letter from the Owner
Hello! My name is Brianna Frerich, and I founded Women of Worth Fashion back in August 2017, although at the time, that wasn't what it was called lol I originally onboarded with LuLaRoe as a chance to get my life back. Back then, I had just had my second kiddo, and I was a hot mess to say the least. Not just because I was living the "2 under 2" life, but just in general. After two emergency c-sections and a miscarriage in between, all within the course of less than 2 years, my body was just a wreck. I wasn't taking care of myself at all. I wasn't eating well, I wasn't exercising, and I wasn't reading my Bible. I gave so much of my time and my self to everyone else around me that I didn't have much left for me.
And then I found LuLaRoe. At first it was about the clothes. LuLaRoe's buttery soft leggings were my first ever venture into the "Leggings as Pants" movement lol but as I decided to take on a contract as an Independent LuLaRoe Fashion Consultant, it really gave me a ground to remind myself that it's okay to do stuff for me. I began to give
myself more of my own time back, and I learned not to feel guilty about it. Throughout this journey to Women of Worth being what it is today, I really learned to have the same grace for myself that I give to others.
To me, that's really what makes a woman strong: not just battling the demons coming at her from the outside, but also conquering the demons within herself. And she does it with such grace! When she learns that her imperfections are what make her unique and that it is those imperfections that give her strength. When she grows and overcomes, and rises: that is her strength. When she learns to put off what others think of her, because she comes to know that no voice speaks as loudly as the voice within her: THAT is her strength.
It has been a long time coming, growing from that overwhelmed, lost mama cub investing the last bit of her sanity into "LuLaRoe by Brianna Frerich." I've grown a lot as a person while watching this business, and my life, go through its seasons. But I think I can safely say that I'm proud of where this business is headed. I'm so glad to get the opportunity to refocus on what's really important, and about why I really started this business in the first place.
It is my ever-present ambition that I help to grow everyone with whom I come in contact. I feel personally called to bring life, and health, and healing to those around me. I am reminded daily that I am part of a bigger plan, a greater purpose, and while I may never know my place in it, I must constantly strive to be worthy of my part. Not because of any shortcoming of my own, but because of a deeper calling to become more like the One who saved me.
It is from this greater purpose that Women of Worth became what it is now: it's about so much more than clothes! It's through this business that I want to share the love of Christ by genuinely loving others, and to empower women to love themselves and to understand their worth as a child of a merciful and loving God.
